In Solemn Honor of Rouslan.
The Genesis
The RJ Youth Sports Foundation was not born in a boardroom; it was born from a profound personal loss and an unyielding commitment to honor a legacy. When Rouslan Johnny passed away from a stroke, the void left behind demanded to be filled with purpose.
This foundation exists because of someone deeply loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten. His spirit is the heartbeat of everything we do. It’s why we don’t just teach sports—we teach stroke prevention through movement, attacking the very cause of our loss to save the futures of others.

Karen EBOGO
Karen EBOGO is a private law student with a growing interest in international humanitarian law and community development. Growing up in Cameroon gave her a deep understanding of both the challenges young people face and the resilience and potential within local communities.
Her passion for humanitarian work and youth empowerment led her to join RJYSF, where she contributes through communication, outreach, and community engagement.
She sees her role as an opportunity to inspire young people, support meaningful initiatives, and contribute to positive change in Cameroon and beyond.
Karen believes lasting impact begins with service, compassion, and a commitment to uplifting others through action and advocacy.
The Cameroon
Connection
There were sports programs, but they lacked structured, elite-level conditioning. More importantly, they operated completely divorced from health education. In a region where cardiovascular events like strokes are highly prevalent yet 80% preventable, this disconnect was unacceptable.
Cameroon was his home. Yaoundé is where we return that love — through action. We looked at the landscape of youth development in his home country and saw a critical gap.
Our Philosophy
We established RJYSF to bridge this gap. We are a performance-driven institution. We demand excellence in strength and conditioning, and we pair it seamlessly with clinical health awareness.
Every drill is an opportunity to teach neuro-muscular efficiency. Every water break is a lesson in heart rate regulation and hypertension prevention.
"That love, when channeled with purpose, can change the world."
2026 & Beyond
Today, our strategic timeline is focused on scaling these clinics across Yaoundé, building permanent infrastructure, and equipping local youth with both the athletic prowess to succeed and the physiological knowledge to survive and thrive.
